Mary G. McCullough, 96, Brazil, IN, passed away at 7:45PM, March 21, 2008.

She was born August 10, 1911 in Madison, IN to Francis and Clara (Whittaker) Dehler.

She graduated from St. Josephs Academy, in Terre Haute, in 1928

Mary worked for a short time at the Brazil Clothing Store, however, most of her life she spent raising her family. She enjoyed reading, and sewing. She was also very involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren.

She married Howard McCullough in April 18,1932 at Annunciation Church. He passed away in 1990.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Clara Dehler; husband, Howard McCullough; daughter Mary Kay Smith and twins in infancy James and Patrick McCullough; brothers: Francis Dehler, Charles Dehler, Ted Dehler, Harry Born; sisters Helen Powell, Katherine Whayne, and Wilma Anderson

She is survived by her children: Anne Sanders, Brazil, IN; Jerry McCullough and wife Phyllis of Naples, Fla.; Janet John of Brooklyn NY;Patty Cornforth and husband Rick of Indianapolis; Sharon Anderson and husband Bob of Vincennes; and Tom McCullough of Brazil. grandchildren: Anne Smith,Richard Smith,Diane McDaniel, Michael Redenbarger, Kay McCloud, Ted Redenbarger, Sam Redenbarger, Tim Redenbarger, Andrew Redenbarger, Julie Polito, Elizabeth Stelle, Trenton Schultz, Laura John-Mora, Richard Cornforth, Jennifer Cook, Melissa Neglia, Christopher Anderson; 33 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; two sisters, Clara McCool of Lawrenceburg, IN, and Sister Rose Ann Born of Louisville, KY

Funeral Information

Services will be at Annunciation Catholic Church, Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at 11:00 am with Fr. Dom Chukwudi officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery. Visitation will be at French Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 25, 2008, from 4-8 with rosary beginning at 7:30pm.

Donations Information

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Annunciation Church, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
