Removal of your pet by our staff and delivery to the Clay County Humane Society for cremation (within a 25 mi. radius). Family Pet Memorials will receive your pet's cremains from the Humane Society and place them into the urn of your choice. (urns sold separately)

Delivery Service: Delivery of Pet to Veterinarian Clinic for Euthanization (within 25 mile radius): $50.00
