Cremation Services

About Our Cremation Services & Facilities

Cremation is becoming more common for families today. When choosing cremation, you have many other options not found with traditional burial. Here a few of the many options that we can suggest for you.

  • With cremation, time is not of such great importance. If your family is not local, a service can be held whenever it is convient to be together.
  • Services can be done in any manner you choose. The body can be present with a full service in a traditional setting. Or, you may choose to have a memorial service in our banquet room at a later date with the ashes present.
  • The cost of cremation can vary greatly depending on what options you choose. Cremation is typically more economical than traditional earth burial and the families have many options to choose from. Each service will vary just as each family's wishes will vary.

With the addition of a banquet room at Lawson~Miller Chapel, we can offer a place for family and friends to gather for a time of food and fellowship. This room has also been used to hold remembrance services for families. We have the ability to provide food through local catering businesses. The tables, chairs and facility are available to use with a service or as a place to hold the services. Our help in personalizing your choices are a service we provide at no additional charge when you use our facility.

We would be more than happy to discuss these options with you. Please feel free to call us and set up an appointment!
